Before making payment customer needs to know how to pay (payment modes), refund policy, cash on delivery (COD) options, if any and general payment terms and conditions.

Payment can be made in various ways as best suited to your convenience, like:-

Direct transfer/deposit in bank accounts

Customer can directly deposit aforesaid amount in our current accounts and there after scan and mail the hard copy receipt on accounts@thaimanagrofoods.com  for the sake of payment proof and thereby helping us to acknowledge the payment faster ensuring fast delivery.

Online Transfer

Payment can be done by online transfer by using net banking .It can be done by adding our account as a third party beneficiary and will generate an online transaction id or reference number or UTR no. which is need to be produced to thaimanagrofoods.com for the sake of payment proof.

Debit / Credit Card

Payment can be made directly by using debit card or a credit card, we accept almost all leading debit / credit cards, payment being made by this mode will follow the fastest acknowledgement from our side.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

The availability of the Cash on Delivery option is subject to the Cash on Delivery terms and conditions.

We provide the cash on delivery facility for our valued customers across Villupuram, Puducherry and Chennai for selected PIN Codes. However we will expand the COD facility to South Indian States (Kerala, Tamilnadu, Andra Pradesh, Telungana, Karnataka) in near feature and further it will expand to pan India.

Cash on Delivery can be used as payment method only for orders less than Rs. 6,000. The order value limit could be lower depending on the pin code of your address.

Our partnered courier service provider will deliver the product at the provided shipping address. The courier charges are all exclusive in the total product cost displayed in the product description page. 

Customers are requested to check the ordered items at delivery, before making cash on delivery payment also you are requested to pay the complete amount when using the Cash on delivery facility to the concerned delivery boy. You cannot cancel the order at the time of delivery.

Payment through cheque, draft or any other means will not be acceptable.
