Thaiman Agro Foods we are committed to delivering your order promptly always Safe and Secure packing and delivery of the product will be ensured by us within the stipulated days of delivery will be jointly undertaken by us and the Third Party. No Liability will arise on thaimanagrofoods.com or the Third Party in case of delivery of the order could not be undertaken by reasons of civil unrest, war, riots, natural disorders, strike etc.

Reasons of non-delivery of the shipment for reasons of wrong or insufficient address will not cause any liability on us or the Third Party. Delivery of products to Domestic destinations will happen through Third Party Courier.

Each order shall be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. Normally for orders placed before 5 PM on a business day, our aim to dispatch the same day once order is confirmed. Orders placed after 5 PM will be shipped the next business day. Title for products ordered by you on Sunday or Holidays shipping shall be made on next working day.

You may return the shipment which is damaged during transit and get for new piece the same in case you've received an incorrect product and we would appreciate it if you wouldn't open the product packing seal. 

Any complaints/issues regarding delivery of products ordered will be resolved within 1 day from the date of lodging the complaint.
